After several marketing and IT consultancy projects, Martin Damaske specialised through numerous mortgage market focussed projects. In 2001 Martin joined Freie Hypo AG in Berlin (later Hypoport AG) as Director of the Institutional Clients Business Unit. Currently he is a member of the Hypoport AG Management Board and sits on the Board of Directors for Hypoport Capital Market AG and Dr. Klein & Co. Capital AG.

In recent years, Martin has been responsible for developing and setting-up the ABS reporting platform EUROPACE for issuers which is the leading reporting software for over 90 European securitisation deals, and with EUROPACE for investors he set up an information and analysis portal for 90 per cent of all European public ABS transactions across all asset classes.
